The shopping and sports centre is ideally located in the centre of Prague’s Krč residential area with 12,000 inhabitants and, in addition to the Albert supermarket, also offers the possibility of active relaxation in the well-established FitnessAction fitness centre or relaxation in the club restaurant. There is also a specialised large-format shop with a focus on fishing equipment or a shop selling reasonably priced consumer goods.

The business and sports centre is very well accessible by public transport, there is a bus stop right next to the building with a connection to the metro “C” Kačerov in about 5 minutes and there is also the possibility of comfortable parking in the vicinity e.g. thanks to a large-capacity car park for individual car transport located on the northern edge of the building.
