Jiří focuses on the group's long-term goals and visions. He coordinates the leaders of the various teams and oversees the execution of the Group's strategic plans to ensure its long-term sustainable growth. He also works closelyon the group's strategic projects.

Radek and his team of property managers are responsible for the comprehensive management of the Group's entire property portfolio. In cooperation with the Facility Management Department, they provide comfort to existing building tenants. Radek has been active in the real estate market for more than 20 years, working closely with real estate agencies to ensure that the buildings are filled with quality new tenants.

After graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, Miloš worked as a consultant in Big Four companies, where he focused on transformational strategic projects and financial management. He joined the Group in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He is in charge of managing the Group's financial flows and is responsible for the accounting, controlling and auditing of the Group.

Honza and his team of facility managers are responsible for the technical management of the entire property portfolio. The Group is also engaged in the construction of fit-out of rental units and modernisation of HVAC technologies. All with due care and a long-term efficiency approach.

Ivo has been working for more than 10 years in the field of real estate law and fund structures. He manages a multi-member legal team that provides legal support for real estate transactions, corporate transformations, co-owner and tenant relations, development and fund structures in its daily practice.

Lukáš focuses on strategic real estate development projects and acquisitions, where he is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, transactions and subsequent project development. Prior to joining us, he was a key member of the real estate department at a Big 4 firm where he gained experience in financial and commercial due diligence, financial modeling, financing, and M&A advisory.

Within the group, Martin is responsible for providing legal advice in connection with the acquisition of real estate assets, negotiating banking and transaction documentation and managing the real estate portfolio. Prior to joining BDCG, he gained experience at leading law firms focusing on M&A, corporate and capital market law.

Within the Group, Martin is responsible for covering investment activities mainly in the real estate sector. He coordinates the entire investment process, starting with the search for an acquisition opportunity, through the closing of transaction documentation to the subsequent sale. Martin also oversees the execution of the Group's development plans.
