Overview
Kotlářská 51 is a multi-purpose building located in the wider centre of Brno. The building has 4 above-ground and 2 underground floors and is bordered by the busy streets Kotlářská and Štefánikova.
The oldest part of the building was built in 1894 by the Morgernstern brothers. It served as a malt house of the famous Moravia bourgeois brewery. Five years later, the Moravie brewery was one of the two largest beer producers in Brno and its surroundings. Due to the economic crisis of the 1930s, the brewery was sold to Starobrn. To this day, the building is still sought after and admired by historians. The building thus offers unique offices with their own story, exceptional architectural design, inimitable atmosphere while maintaining the parameters of a modern and fully serviced office building.
The building is now used by both international and domestic companies. It meets the high demands of tenants for quality of office space, technical security of the building and location.
